Sectr: Alpha Launch

  • platform

We’re excited to announce the initial private alpha of Sectr, the purpose built deployment platform and experience for agentic engineers.

Sectr manages ephemeral compute, chat streaming, persistence, human in the loop resumption and more on your behalf, so you can focus on the agentic engineering, and leave the distributed systems engineering behind.

Sectr’s mission is to empower AI engineers, and a key aspect is to reduce, not increase, vendor lock-in, which is why we’ve designed Sectr to be agnostic to the agent framework you use. Today we support OpenAI Agents SDK out of the box, with LangGraph and Claude Agent SDK coming soon.

docs.sectr.dev is live

  • docs

Full documentation shipped at docs.sectr.dev — three tracks covering the CLI, the Python SDK, and the public API. While it’s still early, we’re excited to see the developer-facing part of Sectr really solidifying.

Guided onboarding

  • dashboard

We’ve revamped the onboarding experience upon first logging in to Sectr. Now, the dashboard interactively walks you through your first agent deployment, so you can see something running faster than eve.

sectr init: start from a working agent

  • cli
  • sdk

sectr init scaffolds a complete, deployable agent project in seconds, with real model calls, and real tool calls, ready for you to deploy and iterate on instantly.
